Side Lattice Fold Fall Leaves Card

Three Amigos Blog Hop Challenge #18 is to use a Fun Card Fold!
I had just seen this card fold in a magazine, but the measurements were not in inches so I went hunting on the Internet. The Frugal Crafter to the rescue!
The Lattice Fold Tutorial can be found on YouTube.

I wanted to do a fall card as well, so I grabbed my Simon Says Explore Nature Stamps and Dies. I used Distress Oxides to double stamp these pretty leaves and cut them out with the matching dies. Some are added straight to the paper and some are popped.

The paper comes from Paper Pink & Main Pumpkin Spice 6x6 paper pack, and I added some Nuvo Drops in clear and orange. The sentiment comes from the same Simon Says set.

I kept the fun side fold white for a day as I debated as to whether or not I should add color. Color won. Here's what the inside, undecorated, looks like:
This looks a bit complicated, but was really easy to do.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll take a look at the Three Amigos Blog Challenge for more inspiration.

    1. Thanks, Julie. This is my first one and I think it would really be better on a "pretty" card in whites, like a lattice fence. But, it was really fun to create.
