This cute set from Paper Sweeties, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, found its way to my desk and just begged to be colored. I used my Copics, but forgot to take a photo of the colors I used.
This is just about the exact drawing I used to make as a child...probably hundreds of times, LOL! (It's just missing the tree, little girl and her dog that I always added.)
The background was created with Distress Oxides and splattered with the nozzle from Shimmer Spray. I used the matching dies to cut out the images, stamped one of the included sentiments and cut that with a stitched die. Most of the images are popped one or two times. Some Nuvo Glitter Gloss added sparkle and a few Nuvo Crystal drops in red were the final touch.
Thanks for stopping by. I love reading your comments.

ReplyDeleteIt makes me laugh, Julie! I do have to try it again with the stick figures from Bugaboo and a little tree though, LOL!

ReplyDeleteThere's something about a "kiddie" design card that just makes anyone smile, Janet. Thanks!
