The most fun challenge out there, Double Trouble, added a new challenge (#3). Thing one asks us to use brown, turquoise, and coral (do check out the link above to see the exact colors). Thing two has us added ribbon, or twine. And, Double Trouble is to join in on the colors selected for the Color my Heart Color Dare #297 challenge.
Well, I think I have it all covered here (the colors really do match, in person, the original nutmeg, glacier and sorbet.)
Butterfly Duet. And, a brown ribbon and brown Nuvo Crystal Drops finished the card.
Thanks so much for the visit. I do read your comments and enjoy each one!
Sooooooooooo beautiful! LOVING those colors!! I am LOVING that background you made!!!!!!!!ReplyDelete
That's one of the backgrounds I made on Saturday, Julie. Thanks!Delete
Your rubberband foam stamp technique for your background is very pretty...like the mixture of the blue lagoon and pumpkin oxides brushed across the background. Love the embellishments, ribbon and splattering of the brown ink. I knew you would be the first to get this foam stamp technique into a project. Thanks for sharing with Double Trouble and ColorMyHeart Color Dare.ReplyDelete
Had to use it before I forgot how I made it, Sue!Delete

More fun techniques, Jean! You are always coming up with fun ideas! I love these summery colors!ReplyDelete
It's just because I have such a short attention span, Janet. Trying new things is really what I enjoy :)Delete
This is gorgeous, Jean! I love the fresh colors and that clever rubber band technique. Thank you for playing along at Double Trouble #3.ReplyDelete
