Shamrocks and Bugaboo

This week, the optional twist over at Twisted Thursday, The Outlawz, is to "show some green"! Our sponsor is Bugaboo, and I selected this sweet little fairy called Ladybug Fairy. The easel card was constructed using my Scan n Cut and a SVG file from My Scrap Chick. Sentiments from Authentique, Charmed. The image was die cut from a Gina Marie die circle set.

    1. Thanks, Julie. I do love my Scan n Cut. I have barely touched the surface as to what it can do. Take a look at Carrie's site though. She has a Silhouette and seems to do a ton of things with hers.

  2. Jean, what a fantastic St. Patrick's Day card! I love the shamrock easel and the way you have used a few different dps for 2 of the shamrocks and a fun sentiment on one of them! Your sweet fairy looks great in green! Did you know the theme at The Paper Shelter challenge this week is fairies, so this would be perfect!

    1. Thank you, Carrie. I did not know that. I don't usually enter many other challenges because I never remember to see if I might have won. Thank goodness you watch out for me LOL!

    1. This one took me forever to put together, Janet. It took a lot of thought to assemble it correctly too. I'll bet you can do it with your machine since it comes with many different formats to use.

  8. Green is a challenging color for me, apart from leaves and Christmas greeneries it's a color that I avoid most of the time. Love green just struggle using this color myself. This is cute and your shamrock design is spectacular.
Also, thanks for sharing your work with us over at Catch the Bug and good luck in the challenge. Pia, Bugaboo DT

    1. I actually don't like the color green, Pia. When I was growing up, my mom had everything in our house green and I think I just got tired of seeing it. So, I seldom use it myself. Catch the Bug is a new one to me and I think it looks like a great group!
