Our sponsor over at Twisted Thursday, The Outlawz, is Ppinkydolls. This sweet little fairy image, Cloud Lily, is perfect for our optional twist of "anything with wings". I used Polychromos colored pencils to work on Neenah Desert Storm cardstock, 100 lb. I used Gina Marie stitched dies. The print paper is from The Paper Studio, a Day at the Beach, and the flowers are made with the same paper using a quilling die from Quilled Creations. I filled the centers with Stickles and added some waxed twine to one of the layers.
Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate your comments!
I just love these images on kraft! I don't know why I don't try that! The purple is just perfect with the kraft! Those flowers are stunning! Miss you...hope you're having a great time!ReplyDelete
We are having a great time, Janet. But, we are on the run all the time. I miss our chats too!Delete
Gorgeous job, love the colored pencils. Nice choice using the Kraft paper, the layout, Gina Marie die cut and your pretty purple flowers.ReplyDelete
It was fun to try something different, Pat,. I'm not convinced that the colored pencils work that well with Kraft though.Delete
Jean, I hope you are having a wonderful time on your trip to Myrtle Beach! It's chilly and windy here in Michigan, so I am a little jealous!ReplyDelete
Your card is lovely! That Kraft paper looks great with the purple and white, and your 3D flowers are gorgeous!
Well, it's chilly and windy here too, Carrie, but we are still enjoying every minute:)Delete
