Did you ever have one of those days when you went nuts with color? Well, birdbrain just was begging for some Copic play today. I also got a bit carried away with the background papers. The top stripped paper has added matching Copic color to help it coordinate a bit more. The image, fish, and sentiment are all popped with dimensional tape. Kind of crazy, but always fun. I love Birdbrain!

LOL, Imke. Yes, I was really in a mood yesterday when I made this card. Once I got crazy with the coloring, well, it just went from there!
DeleteI saw this card in the challenge and just had to see it up close. I love it. The Fishing Birdbrain is now top of my From The Heart Stamps wish list.
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine what you thought when you saw this in its tiny form LOL! It is a wonderful stamp though, Victoria! Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteOh, Jean, this is fabulous! First, I love the birdbrains, then I just love how you colored him and then cut out part of him! How clever and creative you are!
ReplyDeleteLOL, Janet. I do appreciate the comments, but most of my "clever and creative" ideas are born of not thinking ahead :) I love Birdbrain images too!
DeleteI, too, love Birdbrain and I love how you colored him almost as a sunset! So pretty! Great card! Thanks so much for joining us at FTHS for Sketch #149!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how anyone could't love Birdbrain :) He is so much fun to work with. I really appreciate your kind comment, Pink, especially about my experiment in coloring him!
