This week, I decided to combine the two challenges from From the Heart since I am sooo behind LOL! The progressive monthly challenge has this beautiful set of flowers and sentiments called Time to Bloom. i {heart} card sketches w/ a tWiSt #147 has a wonderful sketch to use and a twist of lots of patterned paper. I selected matching papers from My Mind's Eye paper pad called Happy Day. Both the fussy cut images and sentiment were popped up with foam tape. I used a touch of Wink of Stella in gold, popped up a second layer of the tiny blue flowers with Strickles centers, and added a few sequins.

ReplyDeleteThanks Pink. I just love the idea of using a sketch to push myself. I didn't have a nice curve die like the challenge, so I used what I had :)
