Rupert Dragon Bathtime Rubber Duck, was colored with Copics and edged with Distress Oxides. The back panel was watercolored and topped with salt for texture. The flowers are from Heartfelt Creations, Delightful Daisy set. Some Nuvo drops, Spectrum Noir Glitter Gloss, and a rubber ducky button finished up the card.
