The Three Amigos Blog Hop Challenge for April is "April showers bring May flowers". Since this went along with the photo inspiration, Spring,
challenge from Paper Smooches, I am combining the two this month.
I created the background using stamps from Botanicals 2
and heat embossed them in white. Then, I blended the background with Gina K inks. The panel was wrapped with black twine and the silhouettes were added from the Silhouette Flowers
Wise Dies set. The sentiment comes from Delightful Greetings
and was heat embossed in white also and popped (as was the bow and a few of the flower tops). The panel was backed with black and attached to a piece of Gina K paper.
Thanks for stopping by, and a special thanks to all that leave comments!
Beautiful...love all the silhouette flowers on your gorgeous background.ReplyDelete
Thank you, Sue. I love blending inks, especially with the larger daubers. (It really does take so little to amuse me, LOL!)Delete
Wow...imagine eyes popping...that background is phenomenal! I love everything about this! The white embossed flowers and the silhouettes just pop against this backdrop!ReplyDelete
It was fun to do. Not what I was trying to do, of course, but that's just what happens to me most of the time, LOL!Delete
So happy that you are joining us again at three amigos! This is a beauty! Love those beautiful colors in the ink blending and love the silhouettes.ReplyDelete
Wouldn't miss it, Lisa. Well, except if I forget which can happen now and again, LOL! Thank you :)Delete
