Merry and Bright

Twisted Thursday's optional twist on The Outlawz is and anything goes. I selected the image Christmas Angel from our sponsor PPinkyDolls! 

I used a Darice embossing folder on white and went over it with Iced Spruce and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks. The image was colored in pale colors, edged in light yellow and fussy cut. The sentiment was stamped with a London Fog Memento Ink, and a few silver sequins were added.

Christmas Tree Shaped Card

This week's twist for Twisted Thursday, over at The Outlawz, is to have something with wings. I chose this sweet little Christmas Angel,  from our sponsor, Ppinkey Dolls.

I have a brand new Scan n Cut, by Brother, that I used to design a Christmas tree card. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I did two trees that I created and overlapped them. Then, I cut a single one using different paper for the front. I edged that with Distress Inkes and added some Stickles. The image is popped up with foam for dimension.
