Round layers, with the center of the image popped, adds some nice dimension to this card. The sentiment comes from Altenew, Painted Greetings. The paper is from Doodlebug Design's 6x6 pad Hello Sunshine.
Finally, a few colorful Nuvo Crystal drops were added for a bit more whimsy.

Bunny Cupcake Wagon from Di's Digis

Penny Penguin from My Besties in the Round

Twisted Thursday, The Outlawz, has an optional twist this week of "winter". I found this cute little image from My Besties called Penny Penguin. I made a circle card using Little B Scallops. Her fluffy topper has some clear embossing powder for shine.
