Hoodie-Hoo is the optional twist for Twisted Thursday. Our sponsor is Bugaboo and I selected Girls Happy Trio!
So what does Hoodie-Hoo represent? It is a copyrighted holiday by Wellcat.com as a day, on Feb. 20, when people go out at noon and wave their hands over their heads yelling "Hoodie-Hoo"! It's meant to chase away the winter and hurry the spring in!
The image was colored with Copics and Prismacolor colored pencils. The frame was created on watercolor paper using a stamp frame from Unity Stamp, Charm. I covered it with watercolor brush pens then sprayed the paper and the stamp with Dylusions Shimmer Spray, Pure Sunshine. Then, I cut all layers, including the card with Creative Basics Dies by Rhea. I made the sentiment on the computer, added some flowers and twine from my stash.

Dinosaur Stacker
#50, over at the Double Trouble Challenge Blog, asks us to do a tall and skinny card. A stacker would be a nice touch, and an optional layout from Try Stampin' On Tuesday would make it extra fun. I selected to do all three:
I adore anything from Paper Smooches, so I decided to stack up some whimsical dinosaurs from the Cuteasaurus set. I colored using Copics and colored pencils and added the "sketch" as a highlight with a mask and Distress Inks. The sweet little hearts, from the same set (and the sentiment), were dotted with white gel pen for some added texture, and I created some grass with markers and pencils.
Also shared with the Paper Smooches challenge.

Edited to add that I was one of the top three on Try Stampin on Tuesdays and on Double Trouble:

Be My Valentine
Be My Valentine is the optional twist for Twisted Thursday. Our sponsor is Bugaboo and I selected this cute little bee and ladybug, Bee Flower, to make a Valentine for my sweetie.
The decorative oval is from We R Memory Keepers (sprayed with Copic markers for matching color), the picot edged oval is from Clarity Stamps. The sentiments were created in Word then cut with Die-namics stitched dies. The image was colored with Copics, Prismacolor colored pencils, Distress Inks and with added white gel pen.
