Free Hugs

From the Heart, i {heart} card sketches w/ a tWiSt #154 offered a sketch and an optional twist to show off our coloring skills. I really liked the sketch since it offered a bit more space for a larger image to color. However, larger images make coloring imperfections bigger too LOL!
This image is called Free Hugs and comes with this sentiment and several others as well. I thought I could make an easel card and still follow the sketch. You can see it better when it is closed.

    I love this easel card, Jean! Your image is adorable and I love how you colored it...the purple is so bright and eye catching! Great design!

      Thanks, Janet. I realized that I haven't used my purple Copics much and did two cards today using them. Poor neglected purples LOL!

    This is adorable...I love the easel card and the banners with the brads at the ends...love the colors you chose as well. Great card.

    Brilliant use of the sketch! Love that you made it an easel. As for the large image, it shows off you coloring skills just as asked. I think you just sold this image to me, so cute. Thanks so much for joining us again at FtHS sketch challenge!
