Girly, Girly

"Girly" is the optional twist over at Twisted Thursday, The Outlawz. So, I grabbed this sweet little image from My Besties called Sherri Baldy with Teddy and thought, pinks, doilies, ribbon, and flowers. My Copic airbrush got to play with the card base, doilies, and flowers so everything would match. I used a border punch from Martha Stewart on the top. I also played around with the Bokeh style for the Copic background. Unfortunately, I put away my markers and didn't get a photo of the Copic colors I used this time. Very girly, I think!

  1. She's beautiful, Jean! I love how you did her hair! I love it when we use the same image! Your whole card is amazing!

    1. Me too, Janet. It's always fun to see how different the same image can be. And, thank you :)

  2. Jean, I love all the lacey goodness of this card! Between the doilies and that scalloped border on top, it's so feminine and pretty! You've done a great job coloring up that darling girl with her sweet braids, and those flowers and that bow finish it off nicely!

    1. Thanks, Carrie. I tried to make her, and the card, as girly as I could!

  3. It is nice to get away from Christmas and do something else. Great choice of colors, the doily's are perfect for the background and the Bokeh style behind the image is awesome. The bear makes me smile.

    1. Yes, Pat, it is nice to make something other than Christmas. Although, since I haven't been making cards that long, this was the first year that I kind of knew what I was doing so I did enjoy making them too. I do think that little bear is adorable too. Thank you, Pat.
