Christmas Cookies Card for Deedee's Progressive Challenge
This month, the Progressive Challenge from Deedee's, has a very useful set of baskets all set for lots of occasions. You will find a Christmas basket all ready to color; however, Christmas cookies are very important for everyone in our family. I have four grown boys and four grandchildren, and now even a great grandson. Everyone, including my daughter's-in-law, love the cream cheese cookies. So I colored and fussy cut out the empty basket, added some snowman cookies and peppermint candies from other Deedee's sets and popped them all up on foam tape. The background is made with Color Bursts, a powder that you make "burst" with water. The sentiment is from the Deedee's set for August too. A piece of red ribbon and a candycane from Jolee's Boutique all on top of a blue glitter card finish up this Christmas card.
A message from Deedee: "We are celebrating our birthday this month by offering the Christmas
basket image from this set on our blog to anyone who wants to join in
the challenges. This is what we call a "free-for-all" challenge, to give
anyone who hasn't been able to buy the initial set the chance
to get started with the one image." (As long as you continue to participate each month, the next image will be free as well!) It's not too late to join in on the fun!

I love how you used cookies for your basket! And your background reminds me of sprinkles that go on cookies!
