Welcome Great-Grandson with Pan Pastels

I have been blessed with a great grandson. Amazing! This is the card I made for him using a, new to me, technique. I did a light coat of pearl Pan Pastels followed by a couple of darker ones. Then I stamped with clear embossing powder (did NOT heat set) and then recolored with Pan Pastels from dark to light and gave it a quick spray with fixative.

    I love this! You must tell me more about this technique, because I have Pan Pastels, too!
