Limited Runs Mushrooms on Shaving Cream Papers

This month over at Twisted Thursday, we want to show our appreciation to all the kind sponsors we have had support us in 2017 by having a Sponsor Showcase Month. This week's optional twist is Brads, Buttons, and Bows.

This week, I have selected the Mushrooms from Limited Runs.
The mushrooms were colored using Copic markers. The background papers were created using shaving cream and Distress Inks. The "bumps" are clear Nuvo Drops over lighter circles made using a colorless blender. Two brads, two buttons, and two bows finish off the card.

Our sponsor this month is Through the Craftroom Door.

Thanks so much for your visit. Do also visit our sponsors and let them know that Twisted Thursday from the Outlawz sent you. This helps up keep up our sponsorship, meaning more prizes for you!

  1. Love how you used the brads, buttons and bows! Your background and colors are wonderful!! I keep wanting to try that and actually bought shaving cream a long time ago to do it! Seems I'm always in a hurry and forget!

    1. I find it a bit messy, Katrina, but when you do it with a group of friends and there's lots of hands for clean-up it, happens more often :)

    1. All you need is some dollar store shaving cream, a couple of paper plates, and some distress ink refills. I'll bet that food coloring would work too. It really is a lot of fun and you can make stacks of them for future use, Janet.
