Christmas in July

Christmas in July! What fun is that? That's the optional twist over at Twisted Thursday, The Outlawz. Our sponsor, From the Heart Digital Stamps, has lots of winter and holiday snowmen to choose from. This one is called Snowman Drummer and I love it because two of my sons (I have four.) are drummers!
I made an easel card , used Gina Marie Designs dies for cutting shapes, added some Snow-Tex, and some gold stars.

    1. Thanks, Janet. I used Snow-Tex for the snow. I also love to play with different kinds of snow; and as you know, we always need new "stuff"!

  2. Jean, I was wondering about that snow, too! It looks so realistic! I love the texture it adds here! Your snowman drummer is beautifully colored, and he looks great on your easel card! Those gold stars add some lovely sparkle here, and that red snowflake paper with the bold blue is a lovely color combination!

    1. Thanks, Carrie. Red and blue seem to be drummer colors to me. Don't know why, but they do :)

    1. LOL! Yes, Sherry, great minds! And, I just love this image since two of my four boys were/are drummers (although they've never been snowmen)!
