Fishing Birdbrain

From the Heart, i {heart} card sketches w/ a tWiSt #149 offered a sketch and an optional twist to use die cuts. I did both this week. This cutie is called "Fishing Birdbrain" and comes with the sentiment. I used Gina Marie Designs dies.
Did you ever have one of those days when you went nuts with color? Well, birdbrain just was begging for some Copic play today. I also got a bit carried away with the background papers. The top stripped paper has added matching Copic color to help it coordinate a bit more. The image, fish, and sentiment are all popped with dimensional tape. Kind of crazy, but always fun. I love Birdbrain!

    1. LOL, Imke. Yes, I was really in a mood yesterday when I made this card. Once I got crazy with the coloring, well, it just went from there!

    1. LOL, Janet. I do appreciate the comments, but most of my "clever and creative" ideas are born of not thinking ahead :) I love Birdbrain images too!
